ARRIVAL TIME

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out your client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are 10 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment, so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.

CANCELLATION

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. 

NO-SHOW
